What is brake lining?

Brake lining is the lining of brake pad, that is, friction brake material mounted on the back plate of brake pad. Brake lining is dedicated to the rear drum brake, the friction material above the rear drum brake is lined separately, general brake pad is actually composed of the lining and friction disc by riveting brake pad assembly. Brake pad is also called brake pad, which refers to the friction material fixed on the brake drum or brake disc rotating with the wheel. The friction lining and friction lining block bear external pressure, producing friction effect so as to achieve the purpose of vehicle deceleration. Brake pads are generally composed of steel plate, adhesive insulation layer and friction block. The steel plate should be coated to prevent rust. The temperature distribution of the coating process is detected by SMT4 temperature tracker to ensure quality.
