The production process of truck brake linings is as follows: the production process of friction materials is mainly divided into two stages: formula screening and batch production. After receiving the order and specifying the product performance requirements, firstly select the applicable formula, and adjust the existing formula or develop a new formula. Then testing and proving that it can meet the user's requirements, it will be put into mass production.
The main links in the production process of truck brake linings include:
1. Material inspection: necessary inspection shall be carried out for the raw materials to be used, and the proportion in the formula shall be adjusted according to its physical and chemical index characteristics.
2. Ingredients: measure raw materials according to the proportion determined by the formula. At present, there are two methods commonly used: manual metering and automatic metering by computer automatic batching system. The automatic batching system is advanced and reliable.
3. Mixing: mix the prepared raw materials. Mixing can be divided into wet mixing and semi-dry mixing. Commonly used mixers include three-axis screw type, two-axis type, plough and harrow type, and the plough and harrow type are more commonly used.
4. Press forming: it is divided into one-step forming method and two-step forming method. The one-step forming method is to put the material into the mold and directly hot-press it; The two-step rule is to pre-press the raw material into a blank, and then put it into a hot press mold for hot press setting.
5. Heat treatment: In order to save the hot pressing time and improve the working efficiency of the hot press, the chemical effect of the resin and other components in the friction material after hot pressing is not completely sufficient, so the heat treatment process should be completed at a certain temperature. The commonly used equipment is a heat treatment box that can be programmed and controlled stably.
6. Profile processing: necessary trimming and processing of product appearance, drilling, grinding internal and external arcs, chamfering, arc surface code spraying, etc.
7. Machine inspection: professional equipment inspection shall be conducted to check whether the product is qualified after production; Packaging of qualified products.
